Methods of Payment

Shamrock Express accepts the following forms of payment: MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover

Order Fulfillment

Ninety-eight percent of the components offered by Shamrock Express are available immediately from stock. If an ordered item is not available, you will be notified by e-mail and given the option of canceling the order or waiting for stock to become available. If you elect to cancel your order you will be refunded any payment made.

Orders placed and completed by 2:00 pm ET will be shipped the same day (if next day delivery is selected). Shamrock Express always tries to consolidate shipments and ship from the closest stocking warehouse. Not all parts are stocked in all warehouses.

Unless otherwise designated, Shamrock Express ships via UPS Ground with an FOB Point of our warehouses.


In cases where Shamrock Express is at fault, customers may return parts for full credit, including all outbound and inbound freight back to our warehouse.

In cases where the customer has placed an incorrect order, full credit for the cost of the parts (not freight) will be given if:

  • Parts are returned within 30 days of the Shamrock Express ship date
  • Parts are unused, complete and in the original packaging
  • The Shamrock Express-issued Return Authorization Number is referenced
  • Parts are returned to the correct warehouse (as instructed in return e-mail)

Returns after 30 days and/or parts that are not in original packaging will be handled on a case-by-case basis and, if a return is allowed, restocking charges between 15% and 25% will apply.

Terms & Conditions

Claims against the Shamrock Express shall be limited to a refund or credit for the price billed or paid for improper merchandise. Seller shall not be responsible for buyer's manufacturing costs, labor, alternate purchases, extra freight, plating or replating, lost profit, goodwill, recall costs or any other incidental or consequential damages.
